‘No pain no gain’, ‘Work it’, push yourself… when we are exercising

The well known sayings such as ‘No pain no gain’, ‘Work it’ and ‘just a few more’ are familiar to most people who exercise regularly. They are designed to encourage us to keep going when things are getting tough. Don’t give up just yet, you can do it, push yourself… when we are exercising we have to push our bodies beyond the comfort zone. If you have a personal trainer they will try to encourage you to push a little bit harder than before. Deep down within us we are all a bit lazy, none of us truly want to work hard to stay fit! It is not in our nature to push ourselves so far and What we really want is to come home from work and lounge about until bed time. Now we’re talking. That’s my kind of lifestyle. It would be ideal if the human body would just stay in perfect shape on its own. Besides, do I have time for 6 minute abs or 100 crunches each night? There has to be a way around all the agony. Well, maybe there just is. Ever heard of the ab lounger 2? It could be your ticket to a tight and muscled tummy.

There have been so many attempts to get fit and I have lost count of the number of different abdominal exercises I’ve done throughout the years. It all began with basic sit-ups. We learn these in P.E. class during our early school years. They can be rather effective, but experts still sometimes argue that they are not good for your back. I did try switching to leg raises and this ab workout did seem to cause the most burning. I could really feel it working my lower abdominal muscles. Unfortunately I read an article on how it can causes damage to your lower back. So then I went on to testing the crunch routine. This ab exercise apparently has no drawbacks. You can lie on the floor, prop your feet on a chair, and crunch those abs until you feel the excruciating burn. It works wonders for the midsection. A final ab exercise I do on occasion is the bicycle. This is that one where you lie on your back and bring your elbows to your knees, as if riding a bicycle. I highly recommend it for those who crave tight abs. Now, I do realize that not everyone wants a hard workout. This is where the ab lounger 2 comes in. If you haven’t seen this product, it looks like a chair. But, don’t let that fool you. It doesn’t mean it won’t work your tummy hard. With the ab lounger 2, you just take a more relaxing posture while getting your ab-work in. Call it a modern workout.

You might want to take a look at the ab lounger 2 in person and give it a trial. If you hate sit-ups and dread crunches, it could be what you are looking for but there are plenty of different options if you want to get rid of your soft abs.
